Stylist & Co-Owner
Jill became interested in being a stylist at a very young age, so naturally she followed through with getting her education in the industry and opening a salon. She began this career path as a stylist in 2000 and still believes the most essential part of being the best possible stylist is continued education in the industry. Having taken part in cutting-edge classes and training from industry leaders throughout the country, Jill has become specialized in areas from color technique, to cutting and styling in the latest techniques and processes. One of Jill’s fortes is hair color: Whether it is multidimensional highlighting, color glazing, or covering grey – Jill believes that the perfect hair color will make your cut and style even better. Jill has also taken it upon herself to become a certified specialist in Keratin Complex Smoothing treatments and in hair extensions. Even though she has been working with many clients for years, Jill always welcomes new clients and works hard to not only meet, but also exceed their expectations. As a co-owner of Color Works, being a professional stylist is more than just a career to Jill! You can be sure that she will always ensure that every single trip you make to Color Works is the best it can be.

I’ve been in the beauty industry since 1981. In that time I’ve been an award winning stylist, owned a salon(12 yrs) and an educator for Sebastian ( both hair &make up) for 6 years. Education, both receiving and giving, is another love of mine…second to making you feel fabulous! I will continue to do my part to create beauty… Both inside and out! Education is a second passion both receiving and giving. The first is making everyone I touch feel fabulous about the way they look.

By mixing fine details with comfortable accommodations I take my services and how they are executed seriously. As a Douglas J Aveda Institute Graduate and veteran of the industry I am trained to provide each guest with personal attention and expert services acquired from continued education such as specialty trainings with Redken in New York City to further my knowledge as a Blonde specialist. I promise your visit to me at Color Works will be elevated, comfortable, and personalized.
I’ve wanted to pursue a career in the beauty industry ever since I was a little girl. I graduated from Protege Academy in 2016, got my license and started working at Color Works as a receptionist with the plan of also training to have my own chair. I’ve taken many classes throughout the last two years keeping up to date with all of the new and upcoming trends. I really enjoy doing dimensional colors, balayage and fashion colors. I look forward to meeting with all of my new clients.
I have been in the industry since 2010. My love for this business has grown with every new client I meet. I am a big believer in continuing my education and growing with the new trends. I have attended the Redken Exchange in New York for new cutting and coloring techniques and have also trained with some of the leading artists in the balayage/handpainting and foiling techniques. I absolutely love what I do and where I work! I look forward to meeting new clients and spending the time it takes to give them hair they love.

Hello, my name is Madi! As the youngest of four sisters, I grew up doing hair and makeup on my siblings and soon realized I had a knack for it. I was fortunate enough to obtain my cosmetology license right alongside with my high school diploma which has given me a jump start into doing what I love. I believe when you look good, you feel good and that is my goal with each and every client. It truly is a blessing to be a blessing to someone else and that is what I enjoy most about doing hair— never underestimate the power of a good haircut!
